My child is in another state for college and got a hole in the rear ebike tire. We checked around to several bike repair shops, but no one in the area repaired ebikes. I reached out to Ron via Thumbtack, who said this was not normally in his wheelhouse, but he'd give it a go... and that's what he did! My child is back on the road! What I appreciated most was how communicative he was and how flexible he was communicating with both mom and the student-keeping in the loop with the repair and maintenance suggestions!

Professionalism and responsiveness was very good especially considering we had to reschedule due to the snow causing ordering delays. Don let me know he was en route and showed up on time. He was able to fix the problem without any issue and went to get an additional part to make sure our dishwasher was working properly. Pricing was reasonable compared to what Whirlpool quoted us for the repeat. We had a good experience.
