Professionalism and responsiveness was very good especially considering we had to reschedule due to the snow causing ordering delays. Don let me know he was en route and showed up on time. He was able to fix the problem without any issue and went to get an additional part to make sure our dishwasher was working properly. Pricing was reasonable compared to what Whirlpool quoted us for the repeat. We had a good experience.
