I was extremely disappointed with the communication and overall experience. The owner missed our scheduled appointment without any notice or follow-up. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but a simple call or message would have shown professionalism and respect for my time.What makes this even more disappointing is that I was trying to do something special for my mother, and the missed appointment unfortunately affected those plans. The lack of communication made the experience frustrating and left a poor impression. I hope improvements are made to ensure future customers receive better service, reliability, and communication moving forward.

My business is still temporarily closed. Until the new location is up and running. Once it is I would be happy to accommodate you or your mother. I would also like to note that if you have purchased a Groupon you have 6 months to use the Groupon. Groupon is used to fill spaces on a businesses calendar that are empty.. Therefore special occasions are not always able to be accommodated. I sincerely apologize for the confusion you have encountered. If you ever have your mother back I will definitely be happy to accept the form of payment and service your mother.
