I offer flexible pricing depending on your needs—whether it’s a quick refresh, full staging, or virtual design. Virtual staging is a simple per-photo rate, and in-person services are charged hourly. I’m always willing to customize packages to fit your budget and goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a quick consultation to understand your goals, style, and the scope of the project. From there, I gather any photos, measurements, or details needed and create a clear plan. For virtual staging, I deliver same-day or next-day results. For in-home staging or decorating, I schedule a walkthrough (virtual or in person), provide recommendations, and begin styling once approved. Communication is consistent throughout the entire process
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BBA in Real Estate, which equipped me with a deep understanding of property value, buyer psychology, and space optimization. In addition, I’ve spent years designing and staging my own short-term rentals and helping other clients elevate their homes and listings. My experience blends real estate knowledge with interior styling, staging strategy, and practical design execution
