This was a massive project for our budget. We were nervous about who we were hiring because we had prior bad experiences.
Omar was so communicative, he was so detailed and so responsive. His team are some of the hardest workers I’ve seen. During 100° weather they rarely took breaks and really worked tirelessly. Omar was onsite to supervise, answer my many questions and help me think through changes that might make sense or that I wanted. They cleaned up daily and didn’t leave any mess behind as many other contractors have.
Many of our neighbors have congratulated us on how much better the yard now looks. What they don’t see are all the little things Omar did to improve drainage and to make things make sense for future usage. They didn’t just take an order and fulfill it. They helped us plan the landscaping for our forever home so that it would be easy to maintain and survive Texas summers.
I am so impressed with Omar and team and so grateful we hired a company that still takes pride in their work quality and represents themselves well.

I chose them not only because their quote was closest to my budget, but also because of their excellent customer service. They came out promptly to provide an estimate, explained my options, and helped me determine the best way to achieve the look I wanted. Before scheduling the project, I had a few follow-up questions, and they were always responsive and helpful.
When it came time to do the work, Perez Lawn Service delivered exactly what I asked for. They worked quickly, neatly, and efficiently, and I’m very happy with the results!
I would absolutely recommend Perez Lawn Service to anyone looking for landscaping services. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects!
