- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start our pricing at $10.00 for the first mowing with new customers that want recurring service. After that our rates start at $25.00 for weekly service Mow,Edge, and Blow. We offer military discounts. We don't require contracts just a commitment that we will provide a good service at a reasonable price. We require a credit card on file to schedule service but you can always logon to our portal and change any information or pay an invoice with an alternate source if needed. Its very simple to set up service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First you contact us for your first time mowing special and agree to give us three services to make sure we meet your full expectations. We will let you know what the estimated cost will be for those services. We set your account up with a credit card and give you an assigned day of the week for schedule. After service is complete we will charge your card. We will continue to service your property on a regular service unless you ask us to stop after the three services are provided. There are no long term commitments and everything is very easy and user friendly. We service all of our accounts professionally during the work week so you can not be interrupted during your weekend entertaining, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews are well trained in lawn service. I have 10+ years in lawn care and fence application. All members of our crews have at least 2+ years in the industry also. We are also State Licensed and Insured.
