KMG offers 'big company', professional quality results with 'small company' charm and customer service. Kristen was eager to connect with the vision of our logo design and knocked it out of the park! She went above and beyond to help us get just what we were asking for and delivered on every level! I hired Kristen Montero to design my logo for my clothing line Dik Douglas. I am extremely happy with the results. I told Kristen over the phone what I wanted sent a picture and she made it perfectly. I also received a bonus in that Kristen had the cheapest price I came across. I am a happy customer and would definitely call KMGroup LLC. again.

After a $150 consultation fee, I was supposed to receive an email with a plan for how to move forward - that was specific to my business. A few texts later, and unreturned phone calls, I never received my plan. As a small business that is just getting started, $150 is very hard to lose. I was really excited to have found someone that I thought would help me achieve my goals, but this brief relationship has made me hesitant to use anyone off of this forum.

I do apologize for not being able to send you the email. It was stated that the $150 was for the Consultation only which you were to take your own notes of all information given during that time or even record the conversation if you needed to. The follow up email would have been a courtesy to you to help you with your own follow up. I did leave a voicemail with this information as well apologizing for any miscommunication or understanding of the consultation process. Shortly after our initial meeting I fell extremely ill & was hospitalized otherwise, I would have met with you again to go back over everything to leave you a happy client. Again, I apologize for this situation & hope you will consider others, even if not myself to help you along your journey!
