In cases of inclement weather that create unsafe working conditions or risk of property damage or injury, services may be canceled or rescheduled. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule; however, if a mutually agreeable time cannot be reached, no refund will be issued. Refunds are only available for changes made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Please note: All transactions are subject to a 4.75% credit card processing fee and 8.25% Texas state sales tax.
