Our pricing is affordable and discounted, not really fixed we are very flexible and truly understanding that on certain situations a customer may pay in installments or negotiate for a lesser cost pricing if the company deems right.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our work ethic and principles are genuine and very friendly. We love customer engagement to be friendly, respectful and human. A customer is more than a customer. A customer is the boss, we work under their terms and prefer meeting their demand before ours. They are the reason we are on the market, they provide jobs, support our mission and they are reason the reason we love do what we do. New or former customer we treat them equal and with love and respect they deserve. Most New customers have more selective discounts than repeate customers too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Moving household goods is not a walk in the park. It is a tough, tedious and gruesome, occupation. And of course it is not rocket science! However, one need to be knowledgeable of the art on moving, hiw ro handle the customer, how to care for the customers stuff, not forgetting mastering the movers code of conduct, practice moral uprightness, and ethical principles all the time during any job assignment.Most of our movers have tones of experience with truck driving, warehouse heavy lifting experience, logistics and dispatch software and systems, customer service skills, utility installation expertise, automobile mechanisms, and small machine repair experts, long-term assembly and disassembling experience in the warehouse, trucking and moving industries
