Monica is a fun , inspiring, motivating yoga instructor. She challenges me, while at the same time, offers personal tips as I'm performing the yoga moves. She has always encouraged me in my practice. I highly recommend her.

As a beginner to yoga I was not sure what to expect from my instructor. Monica's beautiful smile calmed any nerves I had when I went to my first class. She is very aware of everyone's level of practice and works with each student accordingly. She sees my weaknesses and works on them to make them strengths. I like her attention to inversions and opening my shoulders and hips. At the end of each session, Monica hands out a cold compress with lavender essential oils to totally relax. She is a great ball of energy and I enjoy my yoga with her.

Monica is an amazing full body trainer. We started a few months ago and I'm building strength and endurance that is helping me not only on the tennis courts but also in my personal life. When we first started my energy levels were very low and I now I have the ability to go all day without a nap. There are days when I'm sick I don't feel like working out and Monica is able to encourage me to meet my goals. Monica has a passion to see people meet their goals and live a healthy lifestyle.

Monica has a wonderful overall knowledge of health, wellness and fitness. She puts her expertise and life experience into all her training sessions, workout formats and classes. I have enjoyed working out with her and learning from her how to better my fitness and overall health/wellness.
