- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whenever a client is cleaning for the first time we will give them a firm price. If the client decides to have us clean there home again then the price will be lower.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I try to give the best estimate. If my clients are not happy with the price we will always negotiate the best price for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I as a business owner have had 20 years of experience.
