Arborcrest Properties, LLC operated by Rich Taylor and Ashley Scott has provided me with by far the worst experience I have had with property managers in 10 years. They demonstrated nothing but incompetence, forcing me to terminate my contract with them in less than 1 year. They cost me thousands of dollars. it took them 4 months to rent a property that I had previously rented in a few weeks in the past. Reasons included, not assessing the property before it was vacated and making arrangements for repairs, leaving the A/C on in the vacated property 24/7 for months (which led to a very high utility bill), scheduling times for potential renters only at their convenience (they never showed the home on Sundays or Mondays either). Arborcrest used repair people who they had a cozy relationship with and who seemed to gouge the landlords they represented. Arborcrest has their own rentals and I suspect that the repair people took care of their properties at reasonable rates, and in exchange were allowed to gouge the properties they managed. Rich and Ashley were not reliable in returning phone messages or email messages, making excuses about how busy they were. I cannot recommend them at all!
