- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of the roofs I replace are due to an insurance claim in which case its paid by the insurance company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set an appointment with the customer, come out and discuss options for the replacement, set a date and take care of the home owner . Another happy satisfied customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years in the construction field but have concentrated on roofing for over 10 years
