- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not be the cheapest company, but we are competitive and fair. We are also second to none when it comes to quality, skill and care. We offer customers free upgrades and discounts depending on the repair or remodel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we come out the first time we do the following. 1. We meet with our customers 2. Preform a Free VIP estimate on the spot 3. Review the pictures and discuss options and a plan of action. 4. Schedule a day the customer wants it done. (Emergency repairs done same day.) If customer selects to scheduled a day we do the following 1. Drop off materials 2. Complete the work 3. Preform Final inspection with the Project Manager and Customer 4. Collect Final payment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience in the construction and roofing industry. We have the expertise, knowledge and skills to build your dream home from the ground up. We can also repair that home due to storm, flooding or age. We are one of the very few companies that is licensed Bonded & Insured for 2 Million dollars.
