Bruce is the real deal - finding someone who can and will weld stainless AND do a good job is rare. The piece was a thin walled stainless tube - not an exciting prospect for a weld!!!! The piece was ready before I had the time to re-install it! I re-assembled the commercial crash door with the welded piece placed back in the mechanism - and - it's better and stronger than new!!! Bruce is a great guy, very easy to work with, because I am not! Cheers Bruce.
I personally walked through Matt's machine shop and was awestruck at this man's creative genius. Matt's workbench is filled with various metal work in different stages of development; beautifully crafted aluminum bores with silky smooth finish, gorgeous welded beads on stainless steel equipment, exotic Zirconium showpieces. As each work is completed Matt carefully packages and ships it or delivers it himself. This is a man that loves his work and it shows in the precision craftsmanship of each piece. I'll definitely be using Matt more in the future for design and fabrication of some new products I sell on online. Great experience!
JB Treece did welding for me on a 1950 era grain drill....all cast iron. I had previously been told cast iron was near impossible to weld and that very few people actually do it. Clearly my informants never met JB. He did a great job. Looks as good as new and works perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased.
Goldermann welding repaired a stainless steel sink for me and I recommend them to anybody who has any metal repairs. They were really professional and would do anything to get the job done.
James was quick to respond with a quote for cutting down some steel shelves. I had a rush job and he said that he would come out the next morning. He arrived on time at my location which was handy and immediately started to work. Job was finished same day and looks great. Like working with a friend! Ed R.
~ Automotive bolt would not budge ~ Following several emails to describe the job and a text to confirm day and time, the Welder, Adam Chirdo, arrived at the mutually agreed time. He was well groomed, courteous, polite, and his truck was well equipped with state-of-the-art welding gear. The job was to remove a stubborn and stripped out torx-head bolt from an automotive engine block. He assessed the job, accepted my suggestions, and proceeded to construct a special "lever " system using 3/8" steel rod. The rod was welded on the bolt-head, and using a "cheater" bar, the bolt was loosened and removed from the engine block. Prior to Adam's involvement, I had tried to remove this stripped Torx head bolt using several techniques, but was unable to do so. This was an occasion for a skilled welder. I would certainly recommend this young man to anyone who needs an arc, or acetylene torch, welder. He demonstrated both types of welding skills to my satisfaction. Thanks, Adam, for a job well done!
