Introduction: Experienced Technical Writer/Document Control Specialist with expertise in generating engineering technical documents, (i.e. in house engineering and manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures (SOP's), functional test procedures, and maintenance/repair manuals) while proactively adhering to contract and regulatory compliance requirements, and style guides. * Able to analyze and interpret highly complex technical documents and language * Exceptionally well organized accustom to working in a highly regulated environment * Highly familiar with revision control processes utilizing SAP and Microsoft SharePoint for document control and release * Proven abilities in MS Windows, MS Word, Word Perfect, Excel, SharePoint, Arbortext, and SGML or XML based authoring programs * Working knowledge of electro-mechanical devices used in mail sorting systems
