We initially called Glenn to troubleshoot our NVR and cameras. He was very quick to find the problem. We did need a new cable run for the Internet, which he installed very quickly, carefully and neatly. This solved some of our issues. However, we found that our seven year old NVR really should be replaced. We got a good bid from Glenn and replaced the NVR and also the cameras. Excellent system! Our new NC cameras display clearly beautiful color even in the most dark night. We’re so glad we found Glenn!
We were also having some issues with the sound on our TV system. Glenn found the issue and adjusted the settings in just moments. We are so happy with all the work that he’s done for us.
We’ve asked Glenn to come back and make a few adjustments to the cameras, and he always comes willingly and on schedule. If we could give Glenn 10 stars, we would!

We needed our speakers connected to an AVR and conceal wires from AVR to our TV.
Previously someone else had done some setup work for us and they didn’t do a very good job.
Glenn came in and redid the previous work and set up our sound system along with wire concealment.
He was very easy to talk, answered the many questions I had about our setup and provided recommendations on how we could better improve our setup.
I highly recommend Glenn.
