Christian Vineyard came to check out my tub, and upon inspection he didn't find mold like I thought he would. He gave me a fair and reasonable price for demolition of the tub area, and he took great care in getting out the cast iron tub and insulation, cleaning the work area and removing debris, and making sure that I was satisfied. He saved me quite a lot of money. Additionally, contractors who are bidding on the rebuild have commented on how much care was taken in demo-ing the original tub/shower area! Christian's work is getting complimented long after he has left the scene. Thanks, Christian!

Once my kitchen & part of my living room flooded, Alex from Monsters Mitigation, LLC, was at my home within the hour. He clearly articulated what the necessary steps would be to remove the water & moisture from my home. He also explained the ‘why’ of these steps. Both him and his partner, Christian, were punctual and professional for all scheduled appointments. Their expertise allowed me to feel assured that everything promised in removing the water and moisture would be done correctly. I now feel comfortable in knowing that all the water was removed (even behind/under cabinets, behind walls, behind/under baseboards, and under flooring). Due to their professional work, the possibility of future mold forming in the areas affected by the flooding is no longer a worrisome issue for me.
