- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are new on Thumbtack but have been doing plumbing for the past 15 years. We are very pocket friendly and guarantee to beat any price out there without undermining the quality of our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many businesses operate around one concern the PRICE. The bottom line to their pocket. My concern is COST. The bottom line to your pocket without undermining quality and the continued expansion of my business. Upfront Pricing: You receive clear, honest pricing before any work begins — no surprises. Quality of Work: this is paramount and we don't cut corners. You will see that as we explain to you what we did when you do a Final Walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing plumbing 10 years ago helping plumbers and watching them. I am good at installing water heaters, pipe refitting, toilets and sinks. I also do leak detections and remediation.
