FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began playing with electronics when I was very young, maybe 5 years old. I built my first PC when I was 12 years old and my friends and family have always asked for my help when they have problems with their computers and other electronics. I like working on computers, it's not only fun but I learn something new almost every time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Shop around and find someone who is willing to actually help you, instead of someone who is just out for the "quick buck." It's in your best interest to hire a technician who will provide you with a warranty and allow you to keep the software that they used to repair your computer. Remember, you aren't just paying for the service, software should always be included. Otherwise, you'll be calling the technician every single time you have a problem and that can end up costing you a small fortune.
