Shortly after my new tenant moved in, she reported a significant roof leak that needed immediate attention. I posted a request on Thumbtack, and Comrade Roofing and Construction responded almost immediately. They were professional, responsive, and quickly scheduled a time to come out and assess the damage.
During the inspection, they thoroughly evaluated the issue, provided detailed photos of the source of the leak, clearly explained the problem, and offered a practical solution along with a fair and reasonable quote. Their transparency and communication throughout the process gave me confidence that the repairs were being handled correctly.
What impressed me most was their turnaround time. They completed the repairs the very next day, minimizing disruption for my tenant and preventing further damage to the property.
