I also create interactive software demos, manage websites and social media campaigns. • Perform SEO optimization on customer websites as well as develop and manage social media campaigns. • Contributing author for Jones & Bartlett Learning’s Introduction to Computers and Application Software. • Develop edutainment courseware for a variety of subjects ranging from home networking and other technical subjects, digital photography tips and tricks to Microsoft Office products to office administration skills, for clients including Citibank, HP, Sony, and Verizon. • Create interactive product demos and courseware using Adobe Captivate and Camtasia. • Write several types of content: educational material, tech support documentation, website content, advertising copy, and marketing collateral. • Perform project management functions for all projects including creative direction and content strategy, as well as creating and maintaining tight project schedules. • Proofread and edit materials at various stages of the publication process, consulting with clients about house style and/or other requirements, including researching and validating accuracy of content. • Prepare responses to RFPs, including compiling information from multiple sources as well as rewriting and editing final response materials.
