Sean is full of knowledge, motivation, and is a natural teacher and trainer. He makes the personal connection with each of his campers, while pushing them to be their personal best. I have not had much luck with trainers in the past, but Sean is a true professional who has positively impacted my life in a short amout of time.

I have known Jake Patterson for years. I have seen his instruction to children and adults. If I was in the Austin area and looking for ways to stay in shape or to learn to protect yourself or learn about the martial arts and cultures of places around the world, this is where is would go or send my loved ones!

I’ve been attending Joshes classes for almost 2 years now and he’s always been friendly and motivating. He brings an appropriate level of energy that’s very contagious and motivating. I’ve noticed over my visits that Josh takes the time to learn every members name and greet them as they enter, he quick to asses peoples level of fitness and will adjust the work outs so everyone stays with the class and completes it. As you leaving he always gives a “good job today and when are you coming back?” It’s clear after just one session with Josh, that this is not just a job for him, It’s his passion. I’m a firm believer that People with great passion can make the impossible happen. I’m currently in the best shape of my life and I know I have Josh to thank for that. Best trainer in Austin, check him out!

Both of my daughters have been attending Bell Sport Karate for several years. Stacey is an excellent instructor, perfectly balancing disciple and nurturing. My girls have learned to push themselves and to strive for excellence. The classes offer a great balance of art, sport, and self-defense. Advancement only comes with work, unlike other classes where you basically pay for the next color belt. My girls have learned karate, of course, but they have also learned confidence and discipline. I am forever grateful for all Bell Sport Karate has given them.

My first intro and lesson with Coach Ty were great. This place has a terrific vibe and is a very cool community. Classes 7 days a week and after work hours woohoo! Coach Mikal himself taught the 'core' class I attended. Terrific place and people.

I've attended weekly private Krav Maga classes from Jeff Isacksen for most of 2015. Jeff's proven to be an exceptional teacher, not just for me but for other students of all shapes, sizes, and dispositions. Jeff's uncommonly thoughtful, using everything at his disposal to make his students feel confident while working to make sure that they learn how to protect themselves. He's a devout student of his craft, and he works tirelessly to improve, both as a fighter and as a teacher. Jeff is constantly creating new lessons to keep people engaged while building on what he's already taught. Give him a try, and even after one lesson, you'll walk away feeling better about yourself. I did!

Damion is my Aikido Sensei at Techni One Martial Arts in Austin, Texas. He is an incredible instructor: knowledgeable, patient, accessible and perceptive. He has a keen eye and is able to guide students through ever-so-slight adjustments that lead to sound execution of the techniques/principles. Damion is an all around great guy with serious skills AND a sense of humor making class with him most enjoyable.

I been training under Joao Crus twice a week for about 5 weeks in a private class. I am really enjoying the classes a lot. Joao Crus classes started with the basics of Jui jitsu and builds of that with each class. Joao Crus demonstrates the moves and explains the techniques very well. He makes sure that the techniques that he is showing are done right which I appreciate. If you are interested in jui jitsu I would recommend training under Joao Crus

I have tried other Martial Arts gyms in Austin and this one is by far the best. Great coaches who are invested in their students. I was 240 lbs when I started and Coach Mikal helped me achieve my weight loss goals through great classes and accountability. I lost 35 lbs in 6 months and feel amazing! Best place in Austin for Martial Arts and fitness!

Outstanding women's self defense class. Learned a great deal of information on how to stay aware of my surroundings and be fierce when it comes to surviving an attack. I'm so glad I took this class and look forward to more! Excellent, supportive instruction. Thank you!
