I tailor each of my sessions to the individual needs of my clients. They typically consist of a warm-up, cardio, weightlifting, and posture exercises. I use my extensive background in both personal training and martial arts to create engaging sessions that will get you into great shape, both physically and mentally. With over 20 years of experience in martial arts (Muay Thai, MMA, Kickboxing), I often hold pads for clients who are interested. It's an excellent form of cardio and great for toning muscle. I've had many clients report that learning some martial arts/self-defense has also boosted their self-confidence. I am also an ISSA certified nutrition specialist and can help you make simple substitutions in your diet for a healthier lifestyle. No matter what your goals are—whether it's losing weight, gaining muscle or improving confidence—my program will get you there. There is no better value trainer in the Austin area. I’ve been kickboxing for a few years and I feel so fortunate that I’ve found Lambert. I train with him every Sunday now, and I’ve made strides that would have taken me years. Maybe more impressive is that he’s able to teach experts and beginners equally well (I often bring friends). This was my first experience with a trainer and Steve didn’t disappoint! Steve remained very patient with as he taught me boxing footwork and form. Great time and already looking forward to working with him again!

I have been working with Steve Lambert for several years focusing on maintaining strength and flexibility exercises.
