I discovered a leak in my pipes on a Sunday afternoon and put in a text request to Austin’s Greatest Plumbing for an urgent appt on Monday. I got a call from them that Sunday afternoon and a supervisor came at 0700 Monday morning to evaluate the situation. The crew came by just after lunch and repaired my leak. They worked through the rain and stayed until it was completed. Their rates were very reasonable and I am very happy with the work they did. I will definitely use them in the future for my plumbing needs. They were great.

We bought a new dishwasher and wanted it professionally installed because the water supply was a copper pipe. I contacted Austin's Greatest Plumbing, and Rachel responded by phone in less than a minute. Andre installed the dishwasher a few days later, and he was very professional. The copper pipe had to be replaced with braided steel, but that will certainly make things easier the next time we need a dishwasher. Their price was comparable with another plumbing company, and it included hauling away the old dishwasher. It was our first time using Austin's Greatest Plumbing, and we're very happy with their work.
