- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing, as well as Veteran and Senior Citizen discounts. There is typically a $50 Trip fee that is credited if estimate is accepted and work is performed while on site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An appointment is scheduled with a 2 hour arrival window. Client is notified via text when the technician dispatches to their job. Technician will check out the issue(s) as shown by the client and provide multiple options for repairs/replacement. If client approves the work, they will be asked to sign/approve the estimate. Once signed, work will begin. Will complete approved task(s), walk the client through the repairs/replacement and answer any questions they may have. Will clean work area and collect payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Plumbers have at least a Journeyman's license from the State of Texas. The owner has 25 years experience in the field and holds the following endorsements, Responsible Master Plumber, Med Gas Installer and Multipurpose Residential Fire Protection Sprinkler Specialist. There are also two other Master Plumbers on staff.
