Patrick really went the extra mile for me today. I hired him to repair a broken handle that turns the water on/ff in a bathtub/shower. I bought the replacement parts and had them ready when he arrived, which was on time, always a good sign. Turns out I bought the wrong brand of replacement parts and they would not work for the repair. I expected him to say we needed to reschedule once I bought the correct replacement parts. Instead he offered to go to Home Depot, pick up what was needed and return to finish the job. Above and beyond service and completed the repair in the same day! Did a great job, the shower is working again and I highly recommend you hire him! Thanks so much for going above and beyond for me today!! Shawn Burrell Leander, TX

Needed a garbage disposal repair. He was responsive and came right away even though it was late evening. Our kitchen sink was clogged. He opened up the jammed disposal unit and cleaned it up and fixed it.

Patrick Did an excellent job. He was responsive and came back after I had to order parts from MOen to finish the job. He fixed 2 hose bibs, fixed a shower that had not worked right in over 10 years and the toilet. He stayed for hours trying to make the shower work but determined the parts were too corroded. I would recommned him to all and Have passed the word to my friends.
