Fred communicated with me to find an agreeable time, showed up on time, professionally evaluated my dryer, repaired and cleaned up afterwards. We had to order the part so 2 appointments and I would highly recommend AHS. My dryer works great now and he even fixed my ice maker which happened to be out!

Fred fixed my oven that wasn’t working. He responded immediately and was available within 72 hours to assess the situation, he was then able to fix as soon as he received the parts. Would recommend!

I had a two part problem. My microwave and stove stopped working. The second problem was that when stove was working the oven wouldn't go off completely. Fred found that an electrical outlet was bad and fixed that problem. Fred was to find out about getting a part for the oven and contact me about how much it would cost to fix the oven. The amount charged for the outlet and labor was reasonable. Fred said he would let me know that night about the oven problems and how much it would cost to fix it. I did not hear from Fred. I waited but still hadn't heard from him. I sent him a message expressing my disappointment that he had not contacted me. Fred finally sent me a message that he had not had the time to find out about the part and said he would find out and let me know. Again the response time was not good. But he did get back to me with the information. The cost was to high so I decided to put the job off for now. Fred was friendly and knowledgeable, but I feel his response time was lacking.

    We ask as many detailed questions as possible, there should always be a very thorough description of what the problem is and pictures I generally provide quotes that include a trip charge (for gas and mileage), labor charge, and parts.

    This creates a dialogue with our new customers that allows us to know what they are looking for from the beginning. give customer two hours window, be on time, and good quality of work.
