The technician that fixed our dishwasher, Rushan, was excellent! He worked very efficiently and it was clear that he was an expert on dishwashers and how they work. He assessed the problem quickly, ordered the part, came back to install it and was very professional. So glad we had Rushan fix it instead of buying a new one.
