Alex was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the water and ice dispenser in my fridge. He was able to provide a quick fix and had a replacement for a small part that was needed to be replaced. He also provided thorough explanations for what was going on and how he fixed it, as well as general information on how the different parts of the fridge involved worked and how to take care of them and diagnose potential problems in the future.
