We had an issue come up with our 2.5 year old Frigidaire above range microwave. After contacting TechService FIRST (TSF) we schedule a time for the next day. The technician arrive a few minutes early. The unit had to be pulled from the wall but he quickly identified the problem. A part needed to be ordered but it arrived 2 days later and was installed. These folks are great. Very punctual, courteous and work fast, but are meticulous at the same time. Highly Recommended!!

In the summer heat, the last thing you want to deal with is having your AC break down. My house is less than 5 years old and I was not expecting to have to replace a portion of my AC system so soon. I had no idea how to navigate this problem and was so happy I was able to contact Tech Service First. Daniel came out the same day and was very honest and explained everything to me in detail. He also communicated with me on what was needed and the timeline to get things fixed. He worked hard to get the resolution completed in 48 hours. I will always look to Tech Service First for all my future HVAC needs!
