Felix was very prompt in responding to my request, was able to schedule a site visit quickly and turned my plans around in a very short time span. Felix is exceptional at what he does, he’s accurate, fast, priced reasonably and very professional. I had a million questions, and he always replied quickly and explained everything thoroughly. I had as-built drawings done by him, and will soon hire him for my construction set drawings as well.
