Working with Wyatt from Southwest Turf Pros was a wonderful experience! He was very responsive and got back to us with a quote very quickly and even included a mock up of what the completed project would look like. They started work on our project within a week, even after making some changes to the initial scope of the project. We had a shared fence with our neighbors that we got completely redone along with turf and also added a gravel border around the perimeter. Wyatt was very communicative about timeline, delivery of materials, and process. While the project was in progress, Wyatt stopped by everyday to check in and answer any questions we had.
We are so happy with the final result and can finally spend time in our backyard after years of failed attempts to rehabilitate our patchy grass! I would recommend Southwest Turf Pros to anyone looking to do a landscaping project!

Wyatt and his team were fantastic. He was very patient with me throughout the decision making process, helped me with design choices, and was quick to get started once we were ready to go. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality materials, turf and labor are ALWAYS worth it. We supply all three and we’re not happy until you are. Different styles of our turf come with different price points.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get back to customers who send me a direct message within a hour or so. I will ask them when they are available to meet for a consultation and for me to measure the space. Once measurements have been taken, I build a complementary CAD drawing for visualization and send a quote within 48-hrs. If chosen for a job, I coordinate materials and oversee the crew as we complete most jobs within 2 or 3 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained under a master turf installer with 8 years of experience and expertise.
