George Placek says, "On May 25, 2025 we suddenly developed sheetrock damage from an HVAC leak. This was due to an HVAC drain pan overflowing. USAA tapped Jenkins Restorations Austin to handle the repairs and renovation of the ceiling damage. Project Manager, Benjamin Pangelinan was tasked with coordinating the project.Not only did the sheetrock have to be repaired, but the entire hallway, dining area, vanity area, and kitchen ceilings had to be painted to match the hallway repairs. The repairs were done this way to match the entire area of contiguous ceiling surfaces.This repair involved the coordination with Reliable Content Services to move and store furniture so that it was out of the way, which allowed the paint crew could do their work. Repairs and painting were very well done.All repairs to the sheet rock, moving furniture out of the way and later returning it, and the very large ceiling painting was done with precision. I have absolutely no complaints about the excellent work done by Jenkins Renovations Austin, Reliable Contents Services and the painting crew."See more
