We hired Sameer for an outdoor birthday party we had for our baby girls. He literally MADE the entire party and got rave reviews from all of our friends and family!!! We cannot recommend Sameer enough for a private event. He was beyond professional, easy to work with, and had a warm and gregarious personality that stole the hearts of everyone who watched him play. We gave him full creative freedom as an artist over the set list, and I definitely propose this route, as it made everything very stress-free. Enough goes into planning a party as it is, and allowing Sameer to take his job fully into his own hands did not disappoint. I can’t imagine having a party without him playing at this point. Thank you for gracing our party, Sameer!

When I first booked Sameer, I felt I was really stuck on how to level up my music. It felt like I had plateaued; I had exhausted YouTube resources, and it was time to invest in myself and finally try and reach a deeper level of understanding with an actual professional. He was extremely welcoming for a solo female, and instantly made me feel comfortable. I feel like he’s really helped me connect dots in a way I couldn’t accomplish with a prior teacher (lots of unprofessional teachers in Austin, unfortunately) and YouTube.

Working with Sameer has helped me grow tremendously as a musician and as a person. As a singer and (rusty) instrumentalist, learning guitar for the first time, I had a lot of fears and anxieties coming into it and Sameer has been nothing but patient and understanding! I've always appreciated how he balances meeting you where you are and guiding (and sometimes pushing) you to where you want to be. As a teacher I feel like Sameer is genuinely invested in my growth as an artist and cares about helping me to reach my own musical goals. In the time that I've been taking lessons, my guitar skills have obviously grown, but more importantly I've really come out of my shell and am continuing to build my confidence as a performer thanks to Sameer. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Message me directly and I will work with your budget! Pricing and quotes vary depending on whether your event is inside or out, length of time, sound system requirements, and distance. I offer tons of different options to meet your event or venue needs from Solo, Duo's, and up to a full band. I require a deposit to confirm and book the requested date and time so that my calendar stays accurate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially try to figure out what would make the perfect experience for you and alter my approach based on that. If it's for a private event then tailoring the music to what you need, or if it's a guitar lesson I find out exactly what your goals are and guide you there each lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing and performing for about 12 years and teaching for about six years
