ATX Total Home Construction from the beginning of our master bathroom remodeling project was very respectful & considerate of our time. From our first meeting with their project manager into the design & really throughout the entire project. Their crews were punctual with their comings & goings and in most cases other than the work getting done daily I barely would have known they were there working. They were very meticulous in every aspect of the project, none as important as always making sure the area they had been working in was in as clean of a state at the end of each day as it was the day they arrived. The craftsmanship and pride each of their crew brought to the job each day was remarkable you could tell that each enjoyed working for the company. As I went as far as asking one of the workers how they liked working with the company & he "responded by saying he had been doing this type of work for over 15 years and in all those years hadn't found any employer or a place that appreciates their employees the way Mr. Hudson and ATX Total Home Construction LLC. dose with their employees" with that the carpenter went on to refer to it being more like a big family than a Home construction company. At the end of the project, the bathroom came out better than I had expected and it was completed on time & the budget that we agreed on during the planning phase of the project. As the project manager told us that doing the proper planning now & not rushing through anything and doing things the right way will make all the difference in the way the project will come out. So with all this said I will only be hiring Mr. Hudson & his crews to work on my future home projects from here on out as it was a pleasure working with ATX Total Home Construction LLC. Has a client here for life!

I hired ATX Construction to remodel our bathroom. The construction process can get annoying at times based on past experiences. I did not find that to be the case with Ben and his team! Ben was very communicative throughout the remodeling process; he guided us on what was happening step by step. His expertise is vast from what I picked on. His team was easy to work with as well. Our updated bathroom looks terrific, and the price was fair.

They installed a dog door that was sloppy at best Left basically a hole in the wall with exposed nails that could hurt my dogs Would not come back to repair so I had to call and pay another company to replace and repair the work unfinished. Also - he replaced my patio doors and left the old ones in the backyard Did not clean up construction debris so I had to call a company to come get all that as well. They are trying to make this about money but I paid everything within one day of completion with the understanding that he would come out to repair some of the areas of concern but then he cancelled and never came back. There are better companies out there.

Fuck you Laura, as this was completely blown out of proportion by you. when I asked you how you liked the doggie door you said you were happy. You had a whole hr of us cleaning up and packing up tools to have said something other then I'll send you the payment for the doggie door and then two day goes by and then your not happy as im not happy not getting paid for my work. You theten my off on the phone. you have done so much for something so small as you saying I'm sorry for not paying you for the time owed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a strate shooter I don't beat around the bush, If I see something that needs the customers attention I will let them know. I like for my clients to feel like they are getting a good fair price for the project at hand and that once a price is set it won't change unless the client adds or changes something.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a meeting with the client at the project location. I Ask that client please have all decision makers of the project present & have 1-2 hr of time to go over all the details of there project. This will help stream line the prosses and get the project off on the right foot
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've not only been doing this type of work for the past 20 years . I also have a college degree in Construction & Environmental Technology , I'm Osha 10 & 30 certified hold lead certified contractor. Hold certification for Pv and thurmal solar installation products.
