Errich took professionalism to a new level. I planned a birthday party for my grandfather and he was the perfect additional to our party. My grandmother has Alzheimer's and is not always the easiest to get to cooperate but Errich was very patient with everything to get the right pictures. I wanted pretty photos to remember the event, and for ALL my friends to be in them (vs. having friends rotate to take the pictures). Bob is professional, friendly & immensely talented, immediately putting everyone at ease. Everyone LOVED the photo shoot and now LOVE the photos ("everyone" is 8 women - so that's high praise)! I was looking last minute for a photographer who could take photos of my son’s birthday party and she was so wonderful to help me out with little notice. She made sure to show up early to get to know us and take some photos of my son before the party started and was even willing to get inside the bounce house to get some really great shots of my son and his friends. Taking photos of my 5 year old isn’t always easy and she got many wonderful photos of him. She was very easy to communicate with and asked a lot of questions making sure I got the kind of photos I wanted. I would definitely ask her to take photos for us again. I highly recommend her!

Alex is a very personable young man, very professional. We needed photographs from our low-key casual family birthday party for my 90-yr old father. Alex arrived right on time. Once at the location, he was very adept at putting the family members at ease with his presence. We did both posed shots in various configurations and candid shots of our family just being together, people hugging granddad, etc. Alex put the digital shots on duplicate flash drives so that we would have more than one copy available to distribute to the family. He delivered these to me personally within 24 hours of the event. Superb service! I would absolutely hire Alex again for this type of event or any other type of event. Five stars!

If I could give beyond 5 stars, I certainly would! I hired them for two events over this past labor day weekend, 2018. The first was my nephew's surprise proposal. To say the pictures were awesome, amazing, detailed, picturesque, etc, just is not enough. Perfection! They arrived to the designated site in advance to scout out the area for best pictures and with recommendations. The surprised moment was so well captured and will remain in the family archives. The engagement photo shoot was excellent. The second was for my mother's 82nd birthday party, where her siblings and other family members attended. I may never be above to get these siblings together at one setting again so having these pictures done well was important. Another excellent job! Being new to Austin, I did not know a photographer and decided to use Thumbtack, as I often did when in Illinois. After perusing all of those who responded, looking at the web sites and speaking to Fine Art Memories, I believed this was the best one. I WAS SO RIGHT! If you hire Fine Art Memories, you've hit JACK POT!
