He asked for me to get the gas company to adjust. Today, he came out on short notice and adjusted the furnace for me, so we have heat this Thanksgiving weekend. Thank you so so so much!!!Also shout-out to Tracy at scheduling. I hope I didn't annoy you too much with all the rescheduling!Alamo is genuinely full of nice people!"See more

We messaged his business early in the morning and he responded within minutes. After investigating, he told us we needed a new part. He said the chances of getting the part the same day we’re unlikely because it was a weekend and the storm was coming, but after making some calls, he found what we needed and prioritized coming back that day to install it.
