Our specialty is designing green and sustainable homes. We stand out above the rest by listening closely to what the owner desires and how it will fit into thier budget. We also pay close attention to the home site and how a building will perform best. Our clients have enjoyed our approachable and hands on way we work with them and our attention to details. We use 3-D software and also provide additional services such as Energy Modeling, Sun Angle Analysis and Manual J calculations. We are also very versed in the City of Austin's requirements for "McMansion" and general permitting requirements. I love working with people, meeting people and understanding how thier home can work best for them. I love to think outside the box and to be creative in a raw and clever kind of way. I work best when I am given lots of information about how a client would like to live and can see the site. Visualizing how a home can work in my head and translating that to a drawing creates designs that my clients love most.
