Very professional, it was clear that the technician was very experienced. Showed up on time, with a heads-up call to let me know when he would arrive. He did a thorough cleaning of my air ducts and carpets and I am very happy with the end result. Thank you for helping me get rid of all of the cat hair! I feel like I am living in a clean home now.

Chris did an awesome, thorough job on my carpets (5 bedrooms, living area, nook, and stair case). He took the time to do the job right and it shows. The pet stains I once had are completely erased, and the whole house smells fresh and clean. I was on the verge of replacing the carpet, but now with the carpet looking new I can put that project on hold. Chris shared his expert knowledge (20+ years experience) with me at each step. He offered helpful tips to treat future stains myself. When I next get my tile floors cleaned and sealed, I will definitely call this company again. A+
