- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Carpet cleaning is priced per room, so it is very accurate. Tile cleaning is priced by the square foot. Carpet repair is bid in most cases via texting a pic of the damage to my cell.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer and in most cases I have dealt with their issue many times before. I can quote a price over the phone that will most likely be accurate when I actually arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this business since 2001. I have experience and success beyond many others that I share the industry with. The mastery I have in carpet repair is not taught in classes.
