Well, I want to say only positive things because Gill seems like a nice guy. Truth is, no one called 30 min. ahead of time so I wasn't home and literally had to run. No big deal. Then the machine broke and he had to leave to have it fixed and come back. Also no big deal. The problem I'm having is that I've steam cleaned my own dirtier carpets in the past and I was able to get them looking great. I was quoted 6 rooms straight steam cleaned for $200. I was upsold on a deep clean for 2 rooms, stairs, a landing and a hallway and 2 rugs for more than twice that. Well, that's my fault for agreeing to it. This is also fine. The problem I have, its that he left my wood floor a wet mess and didn't put the furniture back. I feel like that is just common courtesy after the other stuff. I still gave him a 4 because I'm sure he was in a rush because the machine broke. But...I won't be calling again. I imagine they're wonderful on a better day.

Hi Kelly, I feel very bad that I didn't earn your satisfaction. I really wanted to have you as my customer in the future as well. Unfortunately, in this business that we are reliable on the equipment, things like that can happen. I'm ashamed that it happened since my equipment is maintained well. I do apologize for the wet floor. I will make sure this won't happen again in the future. However, it's not recommended to put back the furniture if the carpet is still wet. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Roy came the very next day to represent for Gateway Steamers and worked wonders to clean the grime and ground-in dirt in my kitchen and bathroom grout. Looks like it did when I installed it 10 years ago! Fast, professional, and very reasonably priced.

My dog was sick and messed my carpet and my rug. Roy and Mark came and did an awesome job by cleaning the mess and the smell from my carpet and my rug!

Great communication from the booking and to the service. I used a few carpet cleaning companies and till now, Gateway was the best company. I would probably their service again in the future

I have a carpet on my stairs. The carpet went through serious abuse - dust from recent remodeling, coffee stains and more. GS managed to save the carpet and saved me money as I was certain it would need to be replaced. They did the couch too. True professionals! Images before and after attached!
