- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We always enjoy welcoming a new costumer to the Magic Touch family! Our consultants make sure to take as much time necessary communicating with a new client clarifying any questions that are presented. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our Technicians are certified and receive extensive training before working on-site. We're always willing to learn new ways to provide excellent service so we always continue to train.
