I have used The Steam Team many times over the past 25 years and I have always been happy with the outcome. Mario has provided us excellent service through the years, and how nice to have the same individual from ST clean our carpets/floors, and from this last cleaning visit I learned SC will come to the home and clean drapes! Mario is very professional, well informed on his products and a good resource for floor care overall. He is a definitely an asset to the ST team! Another reason I use the ST is I like using a locally owned company who supports the community as Steam Team does with Eanes Education. Thank you!

I loved being able to just drop off and pick up my rug. The process was so easy, they were so friendly and helpful. The rug looked brand new!! I will definitely use them again for some larger rugs.

I cant say enough good things about Mario Garcia from the Steam Team. Every time he comes to our house, he has a big smile and such a great attitude. Ive been a customer of The Steam Team for nearly 10 years, and theyve never disappointed. Recently, my dog had an accident on my rug and there was a stain that I just couldnt get out.
