I operate a strip center in northwest Austin, Texas. One of the tenants is a Mexican restaurant, Jardin Corona, that generates a lot of foot traffic. Over the years, the sidewalk in front of the restaurant had become almost black in appearance even though it had been pressure-washed and cleaned on a regular basis. The sidewalk in front of the other premises in the center was not as bad in appearance as that of the restaurant but it was looking tawdry and in need of some rehabilitation in its appearance. A short while ago while visiting the property I was surprised to see that a section of the sidewalk in front of the restaurant had been cleaned so that it looked like real concrete rather than a dirty sidewalk. I inquired as to how the area had been cleaned and by whom. One of the employees in the area gave me a card that had been left by Greg Westervelt of Absolute Green Clean and stated that he had cleaned the area as a demonstration. I contacted Mr. Westervelt, subsequently met with him at the center and hired his firm to clean the entire sidewalk area that runs in front of the building. Although I cannot say that the sidewalk looked like new when Mr. Westervelt was finished, since the sidewalk and the building are over 25 years old, its appearance was improved enormously and it was clean rather than blemished and dingy. Mr. Westervelt is very conscientious. He started work in the very early mornings, before daylight, so that he could work before tenants and their customers arrived. This price for all the work that he did was very reasonable and was well worth it. I highly recommend Mr. Westervelt and his firm, Absolute Green Clean, and the services they provide. Absolute Green Clean Hard surface Restoration cleaned our carpets after 10 years of neglect and we were amazed at how clean they got them. Very reasonable and attention to detail by this guy. Highly recommend him.

My tile was filthy. With 2 kids and a dog, I could never get it clean. I would sweep and mop, but nothing could get to the ground in dirt. My grout was especially dirty. Greg was able to make my tile and grout look new. His machine was amazing, the way it lifted the dirt. He even finished up my grout in his hands and knees! I went ahead and had him seal my grout and had him do my carpets too. He does a great job, in a enviromentally sensitive way, for a good price.

Greg came to our home and cleaned our carpets. He went above and beyond just cleaning. He returned and re-treated areas and left gaint fans to help with drying. He also told us how to treat problme areas in the future. His service was great. We will have him back in the future.

I have two crepe mertyl trees in my front yard, one on each side of my driveway. My concrete of my driveway and side walk has become stained from the flowers and buds they drop. Greg came out and cleaned all of my concrete, and all the stains disappeared. Since the trees continue to drop flowers I have a few new stains, but I intend to have Greg back out in the Spring to clean it again and seal it this time.
