Rolando was quick to respond and able to come out on short notice. Unfortunately, the donor piece I had wasn’t large enough to repair a very visible area, but he came prepared with extra carpet on hand just in case. Once he assessed the situation, they got right to work and completed the repair quickly and professionally. The results look fantastic — you would never know it isn’t the original carpet.
