Having been in the hospitality industry for 25+ years, I was nervous not participating. After consulting over menu choices, Leslie took it from there! A formal 4 course meal for 20. It was fabulous! Exceeded expectations! The food, needless to say, was extraordinary!

I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. I am constantly learning new techniques and love learning about other cultures and cuisines.

I love cooking beautiful and delicious gourmet food and love interacting with my guests.
