We hired Indie Eatz to cook dinner for our murder mystery dinner. Maddison was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We started by having a phone call to outline what I was looking for. Shortly after, she emailed me 3 personalized menu options at different price points. She was flexible and let me mix and match as needed. Madison and her partner Dave showed up on time and worked swiftly in the kitchen. We didn't realize the Airbnb stove was induction rather than electric, but the chefs were flexible and nice about the unexpected change. They were the perfect amount of present and seemed to enjoy being a part of our dinner experience. We specifically outlined in our contract that we wanted full service with cleaning, and they definitely delivered above and beyond. They packaged all the extra food and put it in the fridge for us which was an unexpected treat. 10/10 would recommend!

They did an incredible job for my small birthday brunch!! Menu was fantastic & one of the best food I’ve had in a long time. We all enjoyed it & were raving about it weeks later. Would definitely book again.

Let me start by saying I don't typically post reviews. But Madison at Indie Eatz deserves high praise and more. Indie Eatz (Madison) has been INCREDIBLE to work with. We had a lovely October 2023 wedding and her pricing was fair, her work quality unmatched, and created for a lovely delicious event. I cannot sing her praises enough. First of all, she was willing and able to do a custom menu that blended our interests and dietary restrictions. Second, she presented tiered pricing options so we could pick something within our budget but still yummy. Third, she was amazing to work with. Responsive, kind, receptive. I cannot recommend her enough and we will DEFINITELY use her services in the future. Our guests raved about how delicious the food was and we were beyond pleased with the planning process.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work closely with customers to develop a menu and a price that works best for you. We establish this in the consultation and once a price is established for the menu the price doesn't change ( so long as the menu doesn't change either).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free consultation to meet in person and go over menu ideas, food likes/dislikes, allergies, and concerns that you may have. From there we stay in close contact and try to always be available to call or email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the World's Most Prestigious Culinary College: The Culinary Institute of America. In addition, Indie Eatz collectively has 15+ years of restaurant experience in all parts of the restaurant.
