- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices include tax. Delivery adds 3.00 and shipping is done at cost with the 6th shipment shipping at no cost, just the purchase price. All orders over 100.00 ship free at all times. We accept all forms of payment, cash, credit, debit, paypal, checks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A doctor in nutrition, a teacher at the culinary arts school, I have learned what I need. But I am always creating new recipes, seeking new ideas, working on my blueberries for alzheimers Rx, and looking at other recipes. That is the joy of the kitchen and food; it is never ending!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wrote a cookbook in the 80's and cooked on Good Morning Houston. The phones went CRAZY!! Seeing diabetes going up, obesity and other illnesses going up, I decided it was time to do something about it!! I opened a bakery before getting my PhD and began getting people fit but still having their parties!! A cab driver went from 325lbs to 189lbs, still eating pizza and having brownies!! I believe food can control anything!! But it shouldn't have to taste bad either!!
