Saul helped me with smaller repairs on my 20 year old HVAC in the past 3 years. When it came time to invest in an upgrade there was no one else I trusted to do the work. He did a full HVAC replacement in one day and did an amazing job. Because my home is older he made sure to install the new system and make the connections better than it was. There is no one else I would trust to do the work in my home. He listened to my concerns and suggested custom work that would improve performance at a reasonable price.

First, let me start by saying that I am a RETIRED refrigeration tech(75 years old). I am visiting Austin as my daughter recently had a son and is my FIRST Texan grandchild. She has arental that has had for the last three years numerous techs that only know how to take the low hanging fruit off the tree. They ADD refrigerant.At one time when people were ethical they would do what was best for the customer and their trade, their business. No one in three plus years would look for the leak where it was. No they would use their detector at the outside unit on the ground where it is easy. When I would encourage them to visit the air handler up in the loft area AND HOT AS HECK it was a 25 second visit and get out of there. There was no way they could have got into that area and removed the access panel and tested. Granted it was probably 135 degrees or more in that area.Well my daughter got this young American of Mexican descent to come when I was visiting. Did I tell you this Christian man goes to church every Sunday with his family. Did I tell you he just was at church three days ina row for All Saints day, All Souls day AND Sunday. Enough on his character HE IS A GOOD MAN. Oh NEVER DRANK or SMOKED. His parents should be very proud of Saul. What would you expect from someone named after a biblical icon.Now about this one man business. Not only does he have most ALL of the latest tools of the trade, he knows how to use them. In my daughter's case an appointment was made and kept but ten minutes late. He called to notify me that he was running late. The leak was found in the evaporator(no body ever looked) and a new EXPENSIVE part was ordered that was in stock in Austin and replaced at our convenience. I am going to add pictures within a day or so to show you how obvious the leak was. I am encouraging you to call Saul. He speaks perfect English, he is very respectful ( I was tired of hearing Yes Sir). He was brought up the right way AND is knowledgeable. You will not go wrong. I told him I appreiate people who know what the hell they are doing. I was corrected for saying hell. Please contact me somehow if you need too. He is affordable. He drives a nice 2008 Ford and I am proud to say I have met him. He worked for the City of Austin before starting his own business but he is good.I can't wait to see the next person who uses this young man and uses YELP to praise him.Thanks for reading this to the end.BETTER CALL SAUL.Thanks,EdThis is a copy of a review that was done on yelp.My google name is different for privacy and is actually an abbreviated version of my late grandfather.This guy Saul is great.That is the bottom line. we offer a free service call with repair, meaning we don't you the service call fee if you decide to do the repair with us. If repairs are declined after diagnosing the unit, then we would charge $75.00 as a service fee. Most customers find this fair.

I began in the industry Back in Sept. 2008, I attended Everest institute for the Residential HVAC course, I graduated in May 2009, ever since then I have been working in the field. I am NATE certified.
