The heart of our business is local South Austin computer repair and small business IT services. Our services include but are not limited to, hardware diagnostics, hardware replacement, data recovery, data backup, data transfer, virus removal, PC tune-up, remote support, network support and troubleshooting, wireless network installation and troubleshooting, custom computers, custom servers and more.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you are looking for a computer repair or small business IT services keep these questions in mind. How long has the company been in business? What is their review rating on Yelp and Google? What is the turnaround time on repairs? Will they be installing new or used parts? What will the TOTAL cost be out the door for repairs? There are a lot of fly by night computer repair guys out there. Make sure you are using a provider that you will be able to find if you have any issues.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that customers understood that we do not write the software they are using and we do not manufacture the hardware in their computers. We are here to help when things go wrong but the problem itself is not our doing.
